1. Website and business
These terms govern use of the African Restaurant Estonia website at africanrestaurant.ee and its food-ordering, catering, event and Gift Box enquiry services.
2. Menu and availability
Food availability can change. Today’s Menu determines normal online-order availability, and an item may become unavailable or sold out. Images are illustrative where appropriate and presentation may vary. Descriptions are intended to be accurate. Prices displayed and configured when an order is submitted are used by the ordering system. An item marked as price pending cannot be ordered through the normal order flow where the system prevents it.
3. Orders
You select items, provide order details and submit the order. The system creates an order reference and the restaurant receives the order. You may choose to continue the conversation through WhatsApp. Submission is not automatic acceptance of the order; status and restaurant confirmation determine further processing.
4. Payment
There is currently no payment gateway integrated into this website. Payment arrangements or instructions are confirmed separately by the restaurant where applicable. The website does not claim to process card payments or confirm that payment has been received.
5. Pricing
Prices are displayed in EUR and may change. The current displayed or configured price is used when an order is submitted. No additional tax, service charge or payment method is stated here unless separately shown or confirmed by the restaurant.
6. Pickup and delivery
The website supports pickup and delivery details. Delivery availability, timing and any applicable charges may require restaurant confirmation where they are not already shown or confirmed. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. This page does not promise a delivery radius, fee, minimum order or guaranteed time.
7. Ordering for someone else
If you order for another person, you are responsible for providing accurate recipient and contact information and for having an appropriate basis or permission to provide their details.
8. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact the restaurant as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order or request. Whether a change can be accommodated may depend on whether preparation or fulfilment has begun and on applicable consumer law. No fixed cancellation deadline or refund policy is invented by these terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
9. Food and allergens
Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should contact the restaurant before ordering or submitting a request. We do not state that the restaurant operates an allergen-free environment or can guarantee the absence of cross-contact.
10. Catering and events
Catering and event forms are enquiry/request flows. Submission does not automatically confirm a booking. Menu, date, guest count, location, pricing and availability must be confirmed with the restaurant.
11. Gift Boxes
Gift Box submissions are requests subject to restaurant confirmation where applicable. Custom selections, recipient information, availability and pricing may require confirmation.
12. Customer accounts
Customers must provide accurate account information and take reasonable care of access to their account. Customers are responsible for activity under their account where applicable.
13. Acceptable use
You must not submit fraudulent orders, misuse the enquiry service, abuse staff or other users, interfere with website security or functionality, or attempt unauthorized access to administration systems.
14. Third-party services
Features such as authentication, image hosting, transactional email and WhatsApp continuation may involve external services. Their use may also be subject to those providers’ terms and privacy practices.
15. Liability
The website and restaurant will take reasonable care in providing the service. Information and availability may change, and online services cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights.
16. Governing law
These terms are understood in the context of the laws of Estonia, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
17. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the website, services or operating practices change. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
